• Comfortable in and around open water with knowledge of safety considerations
• Proficient in deep water and basic watercraft use (Surfboard, paddleboard, kayak)
• Ability to pass lifeguard prerequisite exam, including open water swim and treading water
• Experience working with children or teaching preferred
• Red Cross or WSI certification preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years or older
